When you send a request

We use the contact, project, and merch request details you send to respond, arrange your service or merchandise order, and follow up. On the merch page, your contact details and picks are saved as you fill in the order, even before you press Send, so we can help you finish it. Service providers help us securely receive and manage your request. We do not give your details to other businesses to market to you without your permission.

Making the website better

We use website analytics to understand which pages people visit, where visits come from, and what is easy or frustrating to use. This includes basic browser information, approximate location, campaign information, and recordings of website interactions. We do not link this activity to the contact details in your estimate or merch request.

What you type into forms is hidden in recordings, and form answers are kept out of our analytics. A random ID stored in your browser helps us recognize repeat visits, and we respect your browser's Do Not Track setting.
